In the vibrant heart of New Orleans’ French Quarter, a young couple is about to realize a lifelong dream: opening a bistro that celebrates flavor, culture, and community. But when Emily and her boyfriend Christian discover a mysterious antique object hidden in the back of their new home, what seemed like a perfect opportunity quickly turns into a nightmare.

During a walk in the nearby woods, Emily encounters a historic divination board, known as the Witchboard, an artifact dating back to 17th-century France. Initially fascinated by its ability to reveal secrets and answer personal questions, she brings it home and presents it during a tasting event at the bistro.

However, the Witchboard is far more than a game: it awakens dark forces that pull Emily deeper into a world of ancient rituals, possessions, and unsettling visions. Under the artifact’s growing influence, connections with a hidden occult past and forgotten witchcraft sagas begin to surface.

As events spiral into inexplicable violence, Christian seeks the help of occult expert Alexander Babtiste, hoping to save Emily and break the curse. Alongside them, Brooke (Mel Jarnson) and Richie (Charlie Tahan) discover that behind the Witchboard lies an ancient, vengeful entity, ready to claim what it desires.

Through masked balls, betrayals, supernatural visions, and escalating suspense, Witchboard  takes viewers on a journey of horror, mystery, and superstition, where nothing is truly as it seems… and every choice could be fatal.

Nel cuore vivace del Quartiere Francese di New Orleans, una coppia sta per realizzare il sogno di una vita: aprire un bistrò che celebra sapori, cultura e comunità. Ma quando Emily e il suo fidanzato Christian scoprono un misterioso oggetto antico nascosto nel retro della loro nuova abitazione, ciò che sembrava un’opportunità si trasforma in un incubo senza via d’uscita.

Durante una passeggiata nei boschi, Emily si imbatte in un tabellone divinatorio storico, noto come Witchboard, un artefatto risalente alla Francia del XVII secolo. Inizialmente affascinata dal suo potere di rivelare segreti e rispondere alle domande più intime, Emily decide di portarlo con sé e mostrarlo durante una festa di assaggio al bistrò.

Ma il Witchboard è molto più di un semplice gioco: risveglia forze oscure che trascinano Emily sempre più in profondità in un mondo di antichi rituali, possessioni e visioni inquietanti. Sotto l’influenza crescente dell’artefatto, si aprono connessioni con un passato occulto e con saghe di stregoneria dimenticate da tempo.

Quando gli eventi prendono una piega violenta e inspiegabile, Christian si rivolge all’esperto di occultismo Alexander Babtiste, sperando di salvare Emily e spezzare l’incantesimo. Accanto a loro, Brooke (interpretata da Mel Jarnson) e Richie (interpretato da Charlie Tahan) scoprono che dietro al Witchboard si cela una entità antica e vendicativa, pronta a reclamare ciò che le spetta.

Tra balli mascherati, tradimenti, visioni sovrannaturali e un crescendo di tensione, Witchboard  porta lo spettatore in un viaggio tra orrore, mistero e superstizione, dove nulla è davvero ciò che sembra… e ogni scelta potrebbe essere fatale.
