Alberto Lombardo is a Digital Sales Ops Manager with over 10 years of experience across the entertainment industry, specializing in digital monetization strategy, sales operations and performance optimization across OTT and FAST platforms. His background combines commercial strategy, digital distribution and data-driven analysis, supporting revenue growth and operational efficiency in fast-evolving media environments. At Blue Swan Entertainment, he brings strong analytical expertise and a cross-functional approach connecting sales, content, distribution and technology within the CTV ecosystem.

Andrea Di Credico is a senior media executive serving as Chief Operating Officer and Head of Dubbing and Post-Production, recognized for his strategic leadership and comprehensive expertise across audiovisual production workflows.

Maximilien Zaganelli is a technical and creative consultant with extensive experience in post-production and audiovisual workflows. At Blue Swan Entertainment, he supports the company in designing and optimizing processes across dubbing, mastering and content delivery, with a specific focus on integrating new tools and technologies into existing operations. Drawing on a background that also includes music composition and sound for film, he approaches each project with particular attention to the relationship between image, sound and narrative.

Alberto Martino is a post-production specialist with extensive experience in crafting high-quality audiovisual content for film, television, and digital platforms. She works with precision, care, and attention to detail, believing that an effective adaptation should be invisible, guiding audiences through the story without drawing attention to the distance between the source and target languages. She approaches the challenges of audiovisual translation, from wordplay to culturally specific idioms, as opportunities to develop creative solutions that remain faithful to the spirit of the original work.

Giorgia Tesini is a dialogue writer for dubbing, with a background in specialized translation and interpreting. She merges written words with voices in a dubbing adaptation, a process that transforms an audiovisual text from a source language into Italian, trying to preserve its essence. Frame by frame, she translates or subedits translations, rewrites and synchronizes actors’ lip movements with every line, adapting the product so that it fit the target audience.
